(Psalm 118:1-4, NASB)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">We have much for which to praise and thank God.\u00a0 On the very first Thanksgiving, the first settlers to Massachusetts gave thanks to God for keeping them safe after they crossed the Atlantic Ocean.\u00a0 They made it a point to commemorate this every year.\u00a0 President Abraham Lincoln decreed that Thanksgiving would be a national holiday to be celebrated on the last Thursday in November.\u00a0 This Thanksgiving I&#8217;m indeed thankful for the following:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Inline image\" src=\"blob:https:\/\/deadmannotwalking.org\/476917e5-e8b7-4c20-a3db-3e47aafae3dc\"><br>Psalm 107:1 image.&nbsp; Found at PsalmsQuotes.com,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.psalmsquotes.com\/psalm-107-1-thanksgiving.htm#google_vignette\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/www.psalmsquotes.com\/psalm-107-1-thanksgiving.htm#google_vignette<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">I praise God and thank Him for His Plan of Salvation, and for MY salvation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">I praise God and thank Him for ALL of His countless blessings and mercies which He has given to me, none of which I deserve, but essentially for sending Jesus and for sending His Holy Spirit.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">I praise Him and thank Him for my most precious earthly gift, my wife Sue;
